The original owner enhanced the decor of the living room with mahogany woodwork. Two authentic chandeliers and old wall sconces add character and atmosphere. Two large windows face the street, offering a marvelous view of the historic homes across the street.
The highlight of our lovely, spacious living room is the fireplace created with Egyptian marble. Decorative inlays add colorful character to the marble fireplace. During the holidays, the mantle is decorated and pointsettias are placed in front of the hearth.
Antique furniture accessorized with family collectibles invite you to sit and chat or simply relax and enjoy the view. During your stay, you have full access to the living room. We encourage you to use it as an opportunity to get to know our other guests. The living room was made for comparing notes on the area, sharing opinions on local attractions, and getting to know each other.
John's childhood toy car makes for a nostalgic coffeetable, and a beautiful old organ inherited via an auction adds to the ambiance of the room.
